BECOME INVOLVED WITH HOME AND SCHOOL
If you have any ideas for fundraising, we would love to hear from you. Or perhaps you would like to be a Friend of Home & School, not attending meetings but helping out when you can? Either way, please contact the Home & School Teacher Rep, Glenda Allinson on 525 9914, or email email@example.com
Home and School Meeting
All parents are welcome to come to our first Home and School meeting of the year on Thursday 8th March in the staffroom at 7pm.
Julie Gill is the Chairman, and Linda Tame will be at the meeting. Business will include applications for funding support, an update from the Principal and discussions about business for the year.
Support our school and order our Recipe book
The Golden Bay Recipe Book took around six months to compile and is 72 pages of delicious recipes, beautiful photos and illustrations, which the editors say represents a real cross-section of the Bay.
Says Susie: “We asked the widest range of people to contribute their favourite recipes. We made a point of asking old and young, as well as newbies and oldies to the place.”
Because the Bay has a strong association with seafood, those dishes are well represented, although the book is conveniently divided up into meat, fish, vegetarian, dessert and baking dishes - with dairy and gluten-free options all specified.
