If you want to learn to play a musical instrument:

Every year students are offered the opportunity for musical tuition. These weekly lessons during school-time are paid for by the school. If you wish your child to benefit from music tuition paid for by the school the tutors need your help.

If you want your child to have individual music tuition at school, they must agree to the following conditions:
  1. The student will remember to come for a lesson every week at the specified time or risk losing the opportunity of any further lessons.
  2. The student’s daily work schedule must include practice time on their chosen instrument.
  3. A $10 instrument hire must be paid every term.
  4. A contract is to be signed for any instrument loaned to them to take home. Each student will be responsible for the appropriate care of the instrument which may have been hired. The cost of any repairs to the instrument will be the responsibility of the student (other than general wear and tear).
  5. 5. Each student will remember to bring their instrument and music on the day of their music lesson.
